The contact form opens a pre-filled email in your own email app. Nothing is stored on this website; we receive only what you choose to send by email.

Our live AI receptionist, available from the “Talk to our AI” button and the AI Call Agent page, is provided by Retell AI. It starts only when you choose to talk to it. During a call, your voice is processed to run the conversation, and the call is recorded and transcribed.

Before the call, you can optionally enter your name and an email or phone number. If you start the call, those details and the page you started from are passed to the call; if you don’t, nothing you typed is sent or stored.

Details you share on the call or in that form, such as your name, business, phone number, email, and what you need, are sent to us so we can call you back. Retell processes call data under its own privacy policy.

To prevent abuse of the live AI receptionist, we use Google reCAPTCHA when you start a call. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you use the page and sends it to Google. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

This site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

We use what you send us to respond to you, follow up on your request, and provide our services. We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

We keep inquiries and call records as long as we need them to follow up with you and for our business records. To see, correct, or delete information we hold about you, email info@bensys.ai.
