Workflow Automation

Small Business Automation That Gives You Back Hours Every Week

Copying leads into spreadsheets, chasing quotes, sending invoice reminders, building the same report every Monday: it all adds up to a part-time job nobody signed up for. We build automations in Make and Zapier that connect the apps you already use and take that work off your plate.

You're the most expensive data-entry clerk in your business

Most small businesses run on five to fifteen apps that don't talk to each other. The owner or office manager becomes the link between them: retyping, copying, forgetting, and fixing mistakes.

Many of those tasks follow simple rules and can be automated reliably with mainstream tools in days, not months, without new software for your team to learn.

    How it works

    1. 01

      Free workflow review

A 30-minute call where you walk us through your week. We pick out the repetitive tasks and estimate how many hours each one costs you. For a broader look at where AI fits, see our AI strategy assessment.

    2. 02

      Pick the quick wins

We start with the two or three automations that save the most time or recover the most revenue, at a fixed price.

    3. 03

      Build, test, hand over

We build in Make or Zapier, test with real data, and give you a plain-English one-pager explaining what runs and when.

    4. 04

      Monitor and maintain

Optional monthly care plan: we watch for errors, fix breakages when apps change, and add new automations as you grow.

    Frequently asked questions

Make or Zapier: which do you use?

Both. Make is usually cheaper and more flexible for multi-step workflows, while Zapier has the widest app catalog. We pick whichever fits each workflow best.

    Who owns the automations?

Your choice. Most clients pick our managed plan, where we run and monitor everything for one monthly fee. If you'd rather own it outright, we build in accounts under your business's name, with documentation. Either way, your phone number and customer data belong to you, and if you ever leave, we transfer them to you.

What does an automation typically cost?

Most single workflows are a fixed-price build. On the managed plan, software costs are included in one monthly fee. If you own the accounts, you pay the software subscription directly, which is often under $30 a month for a small business. We quote each automation upfront after the workflow review.

    Do you work in person?

Yes. We're based in the Denver–Boulder corridor and are happy to sit down with you and your team in person. Most of the work itself happens remotely.
