Get More 5-Star Google Reviews Without Remembering to Ask
Reviews are among the strongest signals for ranking in the Google Maps local pack, and the most common reason a customer picks you over the business next door. Review automation texts every finished customer a one-tap link to your Google review page at the right moment, then sends a polite reminder if they forget.
Happy customers rarely review unless you ask
Unhappy customers leave reviews without being asked. Happy ones usually don't. So a business that does great work can still sit at 4.2 stars with 30 reviews while a competitor with 300 takes the top of Google Maps.
The fix is simple: ask every customer, at the right moment, with a link that takes one tap. Doing that by hand never lasts. Automating it means it happens after every single job.
How it works
- 01
A job is marked complete
From your invoicing, scheduling, or field-service software, or from a simple form or spreadsheet row your team fills in.
- 02
A personal text goes out
"Thanks for choosing us today, Maria! Would you mind leaving a quick review? It really helps a local business." Plus a direct link to your Google review form.
- 03
Gentle reminder
If they haven't clicked after a couple of days, one friendly follow-up goes out. Never more than that.
- 04
Reviews get answered
New reviews are sent to you as they arrive, along with an AI-drafted reply you can approve, so every review gets a response.

Frequently asked questions
Is this allowed under Google's review policies?
Asking customers for reviews is allowed and encouraged by Google. What isn't allowed is offering incentives for reviews, or "review gating", which means only sending happy customers to Google. We ask every customer the same way, and we never pay for or filter reviews.
What about unhappy customers?
Every customer gets the same review link. We add a simple "reply here if anything wasn't right" line so problems reach you directly and you can fix them, and every review, good or bad, gets a prompt and professional reply.
Will more reviews actually help my Google ranking?
The number of reviews, how recent they are, and your rating are all well-documented factors in local search rankings and in click-through from Google Maps. Reviews alone won't guarantee the #1 spot, but a steady flow of fresh reviews is one of the most reliable things a local business can do.
What software does it connect to?
Anything that can tell us a job is done: Jobber, Housecall Pro, Square, QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Calendar, Shopify, or a Google Sheet your team updates. If there's no integration, we use a one-tap form for your staff.
